Search Not Working

Symptoms

• Search returns no results
• Search is slow

Solutions

1. Rebuild search index

   • Go to Settings > Search
   • Click "Rebuild Index"
   • Wait for completion

2. Check article status

   • Ensure articles are published
   • Verify they're not in draft mode

Articles Not Loading

Symptoms

• Blank pages
• Loading spinner stuck

Solutions

1. Clear browser cache

   • Press Ctrl+Shift+R to hard refresh

2. Check network

   • Open DevTools (F12)
   • Check Console for errors

Login Issues

"Invalid credentials"

• Verify email/password
• Check if account is locked
• Try password reset

"Session expired"

• This is normal after 24h inactivity
• Simply log in again
