Connect your knowledge base to Slack for seamless team collaboration.

Setup

Step 1: Install the App

1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click "Add to Slack"
3. Authorize the app in your workspace

Step 2: Configure Channel

Choose which channel receives notifications:

/kb config channel #knowledge-base

Step 3: Test It Out

Try searching:

/kb search how to reset password
